Born and raised in the Boston area of the United States, Mike has spent over 20 years living and working in Europe. He has been leading the expansion of major international events and shows throughout Europe for the past 15 years, working with some of the world’s top entertainment brands suchas the NBA, Disney On Ice / Feld Entertainment, The French Open, and AEG.

2010 will see a new beginning for the European entrepreneur as AMP Entertainment and Big Cat Group fuse to form Big Cat Europe.

With Mike’s network of contacts and experience, the team behind Big Cat Europe are certain in their ability to develop truly spectacular global events.

Voted the 71st most influential person in the UK’s events industry, Nick is the CEO of Big Cat Group channelling his enormous experience towards the success of the company. With an astute business knowledge Nick, along with business partner Anthony Tattum, have developed the Big Cat brand into an organisation that employs over 35 people in Birmingham, London, Paris and Barcelona. Through utilising their considerable contacts at home and abroad the pair have developed accounts such as CBS, S2BN, Premier Exhibitions
and the NEC.

Having previously managed events for LSC, My Travel and the Greater London Authority, for which he won public event of the year. Nick’s success speaks volumes of his dedication and desire to succeed in the events world. His meticulous financial control of Big Cat ensures he gets the very best for his client’s at the most attractive price. He is closely involved with the West Midland recently being recognised in the 42 under 42 list and additionally awarded International Entrepreneur of the Year.

Nick’s innovative and strategic thought processes will ensure that Big Cat remain on the front line of
Marketing Experiences, and will continue to grow the group exponentially.

Anthony Tattum
Managing Director

Co founder and Managing Director at Big Cat Group, Anthony set up the company in 2000. As Marketing Director until 2009 he headed up the advertising, PR, and creative teams. Anthony is fascinated by innovation and commercialising creativity, and has spearheaded many of the
firm’s developments including digital and social media practices.

Anthony is a committee member on Advantage West Midlands Digital Cog and Birmingham City University’s Innovation Expert for ECCE, a transnational network of institutions and organisations focused on supporting the creative industries and lobbying the EU. He oversees a number of research and knowledge transfer
projects at Big Cat with some of the region’s leading universities.

Daniel Renna
Managing Director Big Cat Spain

Based in Barcelona since 1995, Daniel has more than 20 years experience in the entertainment industry, having worked across a variety of fields including production, booking, PR and artist management throughout Europe and
Latin America.

Daniel has worked with top international acts such as Disney On Ice, Eric Clapton, Sting, Scooby Doo, Moby and Roger Sanchez across a number of different formats including radio, tv, theatre
and exhibitions.

Through the merger between Big Cat Group and AMP entertainment, Daniel joins the Big Cat family as Managing Director of Big Cat Spain bringing his passion, determination and skills with him.

Zoopa
Big Cat Partners

Dani in our team who worked in Nike retail for two years. We did the opening of Nike retail stores in the UK, Italy, SPain, France and the Netherlands. He joined Inditex, Zara working for the international retail unit in their global headquarters in El Ferrol.

Mer has been a Product Merchandiserat Nike for several years. She was in charge of Nike Retail education program (EKIN) for Spain. In Netherlands she was in charge of merchandising, forecasting and product line development for the SubMed Region (Spain, Portugal, Greece, Israel, Croatia, Cyprus). Mer decided selective distribution strategies and product segmentation for her markets so her understanding of retail potential and consumer targeting were key. Mer joined Nike football unit responsible for UK, Scotland, Portugal and Spain Retail Football Temples (Nike official stores at Football clubs). She taught Retail Marketing at Schwarzkopf.

Carlos joined Nike EHQ for the creation of a new biz unit. He was in charge of strategic accounts as El Corte Ingles, Decathlon, Footlocker, JJD and others. Moving to Global headquarters to manage Nike.com and ebiz development for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) participating in the creation of NikeID, Nikefootball.com, Nikewomen, etc.
