Princess: The World of Princesses

World of Princesses is all about the experience – living in the moment and seeing the world through the eyes and heart of a princess! Princess: The World of Princess sets up a new paradigm in the entertainment world: from watching to doing.
 
Imagine a journey – showcasing both real princesses and classic fairytale princesses – in which guests actively participate on their way to earning their official Princess Diploma. Upon entering the exhibition, guests receive a Princess Passport and use it to record various answers and discoveries found along their way. Later on, this information allows “princesses” to go online to www.theworldofprincess.com and download a personalized Princess Diploma - commemorating their visit and granting them status (membership) in the Princess Academy.
 

The hallmark distinction of the World of Princesses exhibition is that it is more about doing than just simply watching. In the first part of the exhibition, entitled Real World Princesses, girls will gain a new sense of wonder and appreciation for the lifestyles and pageantry of real-life princesses. Guests will discover the origin and traditions surrounding royal families and their princesses, the symbolism and design of the royal jewelry, and actually sit and “hold court” in those regal thrones. While the first half of the exhibition is grounded in reality, the World of Princesses experience then takes a one-hundred-eighty degree turn into Princess Playland. The content for this magical and fascinating world is inspired by classic storybook princesses and fairy tales whose adventures and enchanted stories have evolved over time to create lasting examples of kindness, honor, courage and friendship.
 

 
Created by Big Cat Europe and Zoopa, 1,000 square meters, 70-95
minute experience, Princess: The World Of Princesses has been in developement for 15 months, lead by an international team of children entertainment professionals. The World of Princesses is an original production by BIG ZOO, a consortium between two entertainment companies, Zoopa S.A. and Big Cat Europe. Zoopa is a Barcelona-based content and creativity factory, with creations ranging from one-man shows to traditional theater to late-night TV shows. Big Cat Europe, with offices in Birmingham, Barcelona and Paris, specializes in full-service management of live experiences, from sports to family shows to blockbuster exhibitions.
 
The World of Princesses is the first in a series of interactive exhibitions the consortium is producing.

Princess: The World of Princess makes its world premiere in June 2011
at the Ambassador Theater in Dublin where it will play a 6-Month run.
